Our Approach

Our Approach

CEE CA SEC combines policy expertise, project implementation and academic engagement into an integrated working model that connects strategy with practice.

Our approach is based on three core principles:

Integrated Policy–Practice–Research Model

We link economic policy advisory with project implementation and academic research, ensuring that our work is both evidence-based and operationally relevant.

Structured Dialogue and Stakeholder Engagement

Through Public Private Dialogue (PPD), we bring together governments, private sector actors and civil society to develop practical and reform-oriented solutions.

Full Project Cycle Delivery

We support partners across the entire project cycle — from concept development and application to implementation and evaluation — ensuring measurable and sustainable impact.

We believe that sustainable regional transformation requires combining economic development, governance, social inclusion and peace-oriented approaches into coherent strategies.

Regional Cooperation & Local Engagement

CEE CA SEC builds on a strong network of partners across Central Europe, Central Asia and neighbouring regions, combining regional coordination with deep local engagement.

Our work is rooted in long-term cooperation with local organisations, business associations, academic institutions and civil society actors. This allows us to design and implement initiatives that are context-specific, inclusive and sustainable.

We connect:

  • Local actors with regional and international networks
  • Policy frameworks with practical implementation
  • Economic initiatives with social and community-based approaches

Our network includes partnerships in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Georgia, Ukraine and beyond, as well as cooperation with emerging partners in the Global South.
