CEE CA SEC designs and implements initiatives that connect economic development, policy dialogue, academic research and social transformation across Central Europe, Central Asia and beyond. Our work combines project implementation, policy advisory, academic engagement and strategic communication into one integrated model.

Project Development & Project Cycle Management

We design, develop and implement international projects across the full project cycle — from concept development and application to implementation, monitoring and evaluation.

Public Private Dialogue (PPD) & Advocacy

We facilitate structured dialogue between governments, private sector and civil society, including policy paper development, stakeholder platforms and reform-oriented advocacy.

Trade & Investment Facilitation

We support regional and international trade integration, including cross-border cooperation in Central Asia (e.g. Fergana Valley), certification systems and investment facilitation.

Entrepreneurship, SME Development & Training

We support entrepreneurs and SMEs through training programmes, including: • SME training and advisory • Young entrepreneurs programmes • Women entrepreneurship • Social entrepreneurship • Value chain and export readiness

Sustainability, Environment & Climate

We implement initiatives in: • Climate change and resilience • Water management • Circular economy (waste, plastic, recycling) • Environmental governance These activities are also linked to our Global South cooperation formats.

Think Tank, Academic Research & Education

We contribute to: • Political Science and governance research • Peace & Conflict Studies • Academic cooperation and teaching • Applied research and knowledge platforms

Peace, Conflict & CIMIC Engagement

We integrate peacebuilding and conflict-sensitive approaches into our work, including training, research and Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) concepts.

Creative Industries & Strategic Communication

We use: • Film and documentary production • Photography • Podcasts • Arts and storytelling as tools for awareness, education and policy communication.

Global South & Triangular Cooperation

We connect Central Europe and Central Asia with partners from the Global South through exchange formats, joint initiatives and platforms such as the Global South Conclave.
