Kobyljon Adylov is an expert in sustainable development, agriculture and green economy with more than 30 years of experience across government, international organisations and the NGO sector. As Executive Director of the Agroinnovatsiya Foundation, he leads initiatives in agricultural innovation, organic farming and rural development.
Within CEE CA SEC, he is responsible for Uzbekistan and contributes to projects in sustainable agriculture, agro-innovation and climate-resilient development, linking policy, practice and international cooperation.

Volodymyr Matiushko is an expert in investment planning, innovation and infrastructure development with extensive experience in economic and technical project design.
Within CEE CA SEC, he is responsible for Ukraine and focuses on transport, logistics and corridor development, including data and infrastructure connectivity along regional trade routes.

Jonas Krabichler

Jonas Krabichler is engaged in emergency response, disaster relief and humanitarian coordination. He works closely with firefighters, ambulance services and civil protection actors.
Within CEE CA SEC, he contributes to relief and emergency programmes, including disaster preparedness, humanitarian coordination and cross-border cooperation in crisis response.

Muhammad Yasir
Board Member – Pakistan & Peace and Conflict Studies
Pakistan
Muhammad Yasir is a Peace and Conflict Studies specialist currently pursuing his Master’s degree at the University of Innsbruck.
Within CEE CA SEC, he is responsible for Pakistan and contributes to peacebuilding and conflict transformation initiatives. His work combines workshops on psychological trauma and rehabilitation with research and academic engagement in peace and conflict studies, including CIMIC-related approaches.
